Compression Springs

Compression springs are helical springs designed to withstand axial compressive forces. They are commonly referred to as coil springs or helical compression springs. While their cross-section is typically circular and they often feature a constant pitch, variable pitch designs are also used to adapt to specific requirements for installation space, load capacity, and spring rate.

Variants
Cylindrical compression springs, conical (tapered) springs, barrel (hourglass) springs, variable-rate springs, curved compression springs, square-wire compression springs.

Application Fields
Compression springs are among the most widely used spring types across virtually all industrial sectors. CATALOG's compression springs serve eight key industries, including mechanical automation, medical devices, fluid control valves, electronics and appliances, power transmission, aerospace, packaging and filling, and automotive components.
